The Answers You Need
How long will my chocolates last?
Hopefully not long! If you do want to keep them a little longer or give them as a gift our truffles are best enjoyed within 4 weeks. This is because they are made fresh to order and we don't use any preservatives! However, as with any freshly made products they are best eaten straight away.
Our truffles can be eaten at room temperature or from the fridge but please keep them away from humid or warm environments. We don't recommend you freeze your truffles as this will affect the fat content of the chocolate.
Chocolate bars and confectionary will keep for up to 12 months or 6 months for products containing nuts and biscuits.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payments can be made using most Credit or Debit cards. We also accept Paypal or Cash on collection.
When will my item(s) be sent?
All products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If you need your order for a certain date, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
How will my item(s) be sent?
All items are sent First Class via Royal Mail. This service takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been posted.
How will my item(s) be packaged?
All products come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you would like to add a message to your order just let us know in the comments box.
Can you cater for weddings and events/Can you do custom Orders?
Yes! Whether it’s a magnificent Truffle Tower or unique favours boxed in colours to compliment your theme, we can offer a variety of options. Just send an email to discuss options. We are happy to discuss any custom ideas you have and can make bespoke one of a kind items. For example we can create hand piped messages, custom flavours and personalised moulds.
Do you offer refunds?
As each item is custom and individually handmade, we do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility once you have placed your order to accept collection of the item(s) and if they are unable to deliver it, I am not liable. I will refund items that are lost in the post, damaged in transit and are unsafe to eat.
